澳門豬扒包

Miss Jubie 其實好痕食澳門豬扒包,兩年前去過澳門玩一次,順道去食澳門弛名嘅豬扒包,點知去咗間唔好食嘅舖頭食豬扒包,結果失望而回。尋日上網四處睇 website,無意中睇到呢個website教人點整澳門豬扒包,當然要立即試試啦,趁小公主瞓咗,開壇作法!!!





今 次自己整,好滿意,而且完全唔難整,仲好好味!呢個食譜可以整到四份澳門豬扒包,我自己食1份,老公食1份,另外兩份俾老公第日帶返工做lunch。佢帶 返工,放lunch果陣,啲同事見到,個個投射羨慕目光,撐大個口得個窿,話佢份lunch好正,佢放工返嚟話我知,攪到我都不知幾咁開心~~~ 哈哈哈~





材料: (4人份量)

豬扒---4 塊(洗淨,抹乾,去骨,用刀背啄鬆)

生菜---4 塊

蕃茄---1 個(切片)

法國麵包---1 個 (切成4段)

粟粉---1 teaspoon

乾蔥---1 teaspoon

鹽---1/2 teaspoon

糖---1 teaspoon

雞粉---1/2 teaspoon

胡椒粉---少許

豉油---1 tablespoon

油---2 teaspoon

清水---4 tablespoon

沙律醬---適量



做法:

1. 將豬扒洗淨,抹乾,去骨,用刀背啄鬆

2. 先用水及粟粉撈落豬扒;及後再將乾蔥,鹽,糖,雞粉,胡椒粉,豉油逐一撈落豬扒;最後落油,撈勻醃30分鐘,備用

3. 生菜洗凈抹乾,蕃茄洗凈切片,法國麵包切成4段,備用

3. 燒紅個Pan, 轉中火,加油, 放入豬扒,煎至兩面變金黃色,然後夾起, 備用

4. 將法國麵包切開,按次序鋪上生菜,蕃茄片,豬扒,沙律醬,最後用竹簽桔插好,完成~

thanks thanks miss jubie. i tried it last night and it was so good :) i added a dash of butter on the bread to make it more heavenly! my pork chop didn't come out crunchy. i guess i will try to dread it with flour then pan-frying them :)

yup, you can do that to make it more crunchy!
